No. We will never DM you first on any platform, and we will never ask for your private key, seed phrase, sign-in codes or for you to send funds or “verify” your wallet.
Scammers impersonate support teams in Discord, Telegram and X replies. If someone contacts you first claiming to be DYOR or ApedIn staff, it's a scam, however official it looks. Don't click their links or connect your wallet to sites they send.
Real support only happens by email at support@joindyor.com, or in public channels linked from our website. If you're unsure, email us and ask.
