Who we are
DYOR is operated by Herd Labs LLC. For privacy questions, email privacy@joindyor.com.
What we collect
- Waitlist: your email address, which brand you signed up for, an optional referral code and the time you joined.
- Account (at launch): the sign-in identifier you choose (email, Google or Apple) and the public address of the wallet created for you. We never receive or store your private key.
- Public blockchain data: trades, balances and wallet addresses are public on Solana. We read and display them, including on trader and token pages.
- Basic technical data: standard server logs (such as IP address, browser and pages requested) kept for security and reliability.
What we don't do
- We don't sell personal data.
- We don't hold your funds or your keys.
- This marketing site doesn't use advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To email you once when we launch, if you joined the waitlist.
- To run the app: sign-in, showing your wallet, executing the trades you request and copy limits you set.
- To credit affiliates for referred traders.
- To keep the service secure and meet legal obligations.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete your waitlist entry or account data at any time by emailing privacy@joindyor.com. Data that is public on the blockchain can't be deleted by anyone. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights, which the final policy will set out.
Age
DYOR is for adults 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone younger.
