Traders earn 10% of the fees their copiers pay on copied trades, paid weekly in SOL. There's nothing to apply for.
Anyone can be copied. The leaderboard ranks traders by what their copiers actually made, and flags anyone detected selling into their copiers' buying, so the way to attract copiers is to be worth copying.
Copier earnings are separate from referral earnings, and you can receive both.
