Wallets & self-custody

Can DYOR recover my wallet if I lose access?

Short answer

We can't move your funds or reverse transactions, because DYOR never holds them. Recovery depends on your sign-in method or an exported key backup, so set one up early.

Being self-custodial means there's no back door. DYOR can't sign transactions for you, freeze your wallet or send your coins somewhere else, and we can't undo a trade or a transfer once it's on-chain.

If you signed in with email, Google or Apple, regaining that account usually regains the wallet. If you exported your private key and stored it safely, you can import it into DYOR or any compatible Solana wallet.

If you lose both your sign-in and every backup of the key, nobody, including us, can recover the funds. That's the honest cost of self-custody, and the reason we suggest exporting a backup as soon as your balance is more than pocket change.
