Funds sent from another blockchain to your Solana address may be lost, and we can't recover them. Only send assets on the Solana network.
Your DYOR wallet is a Solana wallet. Sending, for example, USDC on Ethereum or another chain to it won't arrive as Solana USDC. Sometimes the sending platform can help, sometimes nothing can be done.
Before you withdraw from an exchange, check the network is “Solana” and send a small test amount first if you're unsure.
