Short answer
Accept the loss, step away, and don't try to win it back immediately. Revenge trading, bigger and faster bets after a loss, is one of the quickest ways to lose more.
Losses are part of trading memecoins, not a sign that something unusual went wrong. The danger is the reaction: doubling the next position to get even, or taking trades you'd normally skip.
A simple circuit breaker helps. Set a daily loss limit, and when you hit it, stop for the day. Look back at the trade later and ask whether you followed your own rules, not just whether it lost.
If trading stops being fun or starts affecting your sleep, money or relationships, take a longer break and talk to someone you trust. Support services exist in most countries for exactly this.
