Short answer
One-tap trading adds our app as a limited signer on your wallet so trades and auto-copies go through without a wallet prompt each time. It can only sign swaps and can't export your key. You can turn it off in Settings.
You approve it once through the wallet provider's own consent screen when you switch it on. The signer is locked to a policy that allows swaps through an allow-listed route and the small steps a swap needs, and every transaction is still inspected and simulated before it's sent.
It's off until you switch it on, in Settings or when you start copying a trader. Turning it off (the same switch in Settings) removes the signer from your wallet and pauses copying on every trader, because copies need it. You can still buy and sell yourself: you approve each trade in your wallet. Your wallet and funds stay exactly where they are. Read the full explanation in one-tap trading explained.
